MTCO-IQ signed a two-year Labour Service Agreement with China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau (CPP) to support their operations in the Majnoon Oil Field, one of Iraq’s most strategic and high-capacity oil reserves. This agreement highlights our capability to manage large-scale workforce mobilization and meet the international operational standards required by global energy corporations.
🛠 Scope of Work
Workforce Mobilization & Management:
Provision of skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled labor across various engineering, construction, and maintenance roles.Accommodation & Welfare Services:
Full responsibility for the workers’ accommodation, catering, transportation, and medical support in compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.Administrative & Legal Support:
Handling of work permits, ID issuance, insurance, payroll, and local compliance with Iraqi labor laws.On-Site Coordination:
Continuous engagement with CPP’s site management teams to ensure real-time support and timely workforce rotation.
